1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PlanGoGo application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlanGoGo is a trip planning application that helps travelers organize multi-destination, multi-leg journeys. The Service includes trip management, location saving, itinerary planning, collaborative sharing, AI integrations via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and related features accessible through the web application.

3. Account Registration

To use PlanGoGo, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

PlanGoGo offers both free and paid plans:

  • Free: Each trip allows up to 5 locations with full access to all features including legs, maps, sharing, and AI tools.
  • Per-Trip ($20): A one-time payment that unlocks unlimited locations, file attachments, and all features for a single trip. The trip remains fully unlocked permanently.
  • Unlimited ($50/month): A monthly subscription that unlocks all features for every trip. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Per-trip payments are non-refundable once the trip has been unlocked. For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your billing period. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@plangogo.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to PlanGoGo, including trip data, locations, notes, photos, and attachments. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the content you upload and agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided APIs and integrations

8. Third-Party Services and AI Integrations

PlanGoGo integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, AI assistants (via MCP), and social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party services.

When using AI integrations, your trip data may be shared with the AI tool you connect. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any AI tools you connect to PlanGoGo.

9. Intellectual Property

The PlanGoGo Service, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by PlanGoGo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANGOGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanGoGo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time through the application or by contacting us to request account deletion.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or within the application. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
